The current English PECB examination record lists 40 multiple-choice questions - **Pass mark:** 70% After passing, apply to PECB for the "Certificate Holder in ISO 14001:2026 Foundation" credential; PECB validates the application, with no professional experience required — only signing the PECB Code of Ethics. Foundation is a certificate programme rather than a Lead-tier certification, a distinction PECB draws deliberately between a "certificate holder" and a "certified" professional. **Before you enrol: prerequisites** None.
