Training does not certify your organisation. - **Format:** Multiple-choice - **Duration:** 1 hour - **Questions:** 40 multiple-choice questions worth 100 points in total, across 2 competency domains — fundamental principles and concepts of an anti-bribery management system (10 questions, 25 points) and the ISO 37001 requirements for an ABMS (30 questions, 75 points). Three quarters of the exam is on the requirements themselves. Confirmed against PECB Candidate Handbook version 3.0 - **Pass mark:** 70% After passing, apply to PECB for the ISO 37001 Foundation certificate; PECB validates the application before award. This is a certificate program rather than a certification, so no professional experience is required and there is no credential ladder.
