Training does not certify your organisation. - **Format:** Multiple-choice - **Duration:** 1 hour - **Questions:** 40 multiple-choice questions worth 100 points in total, across 2 competency domains — fundamental concepts and principles of quality management and a QMS based on ISO 9001 (11 questions, 27.5 points) and the ISO 9001 requirements for a QMS, Clauses 4 to 10 (29 questions, 72.5 points). Each question has three options: one correct answer and two distractors. Scenario-based questions present a short case and ask five questions about it - **Pass mark:** 70% After passing, apply to PECB for the ISO 9001 Foundation certificate; PECB validates the application before award. This is a certificate program rather than a certification, so no professional experience is required and there is no credential ladder. Foundation awards Certificate Holder status rather than a personnel-certification designation.
