Aegentra UK — Terms and conditions Terms for UK course and Labs purchases Version: uk-2026-10-19 Approved: 19 October 2026 Review your course, inclusions and full GBP total before paying. Who you are buying from The seller is HANSDIVISIONGROUP PTY LTD, an Australian company trading as Aegentra. ABN 84 678 444 463; ACN 678 444 463. The UK website and GBP prices do not change the identity of the seller. The ABN is an Australian business identifier, not a UK VAT registration number. For Academy purchases, cancellations and Labs refund requests, email academy@aegentra.co.uk. For consultancy or general questions, email contact@aegentra.co.uk. Our telephone number is +61 3 9956 9399; your provider may charge for an international call. Email is available without a premium-rate contact charge. Seller business and correspondence address: 6 Opal Court, Bentleigh East, VIC 3165, Australia. Aegentra does not claim a London office. What these terms cover These terms cover use of aegentra.co.uk and the course-and-exam bundles and optional Aegentra Labs add-ons ordered through its checkout. The course description, selected format, inclusions, agreed delivery information and order confirmation also form part of the purchase information. Consultancy, implementation, internal audit, technical security and support work require a separate written contract agreed before work starts. Sending an enquiry or reading a service page does not create an engagement. Purchases made on our Australian, New Zealand or separate Labs websites have their own purchase terms. For a Labs add-on bought through the UK Academy, the UK purchase terms and the guarantee below apply; platform-use rules cannot remove your mandatory consumer rights. PECB course and exam bundles Choose the qualification and the learning format carefully. Self-Study uses official PECB course slides for independent study; it does not include recorded video lessons or live teaching. Where offered, PECB eLearning includes recorded instruction and official materials. Only the formats listed for the chosen course are available. The listed bundles include 12 months of myPECB course access and the official exam voucher with two attempts: the initial examination and one free retake if needed, subject to the stated eligibility, booking and validity conditions. This is not two independent exam vouchers. The course page identifies applicable certificate-application or first-year certification-fee inclusions and any later maintenance obligations. A purchase does not guarantee a pass, a particular credential, employment or organisational certification. PECB examination rules and the qualification’s education, experience and certification requirements still apply. A badge on a course or checkout page identifies the course, not a credential already earned by the purchaser. Each place is for the named learner. Provide accurate learner details and permission to share them where you buy for someone else. Materials and account access must not be shared, resold or redistributed. Ask us to correct an error before access is assigned; any permitted transfer is subject to the provider’s requirements and your statutory rights. Prices, orders and payment UK prices are set in pounds sterling. Check the full amount payable, selected format, learner quantity and any optional Labs add-on before paying. Any applicable compulsory charges must be included in the final total shown before payment; we will not add an undisclosed compulsory charge afterwards. Labs is an optional, separately identified purchase and is not added without your selection. A course or Labs purchase is a one-off payment, not an automatically renewing subscription. A valid promotion reduces the amount actually payable in accordance with its stated conditions. Payment is processed through Stripe. The UK purchase remains in GBP; a card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or banking charges. Check and correct your information before confirming the payment. We do not collect your full card details on this website. For a business purchase, purchase order or possible reverse-charge treatment, contact academy@aegentra.co.uk before paying so that eligibility, the buyer and the written total can be reviewed. Entering a business name or VAT number does not automatically remove tax or statutory rights. The purchase contract is confirmed when we accept the order in a confirmation sent to you. A checkout-return page alone does not prove that payment succeeded or that access has been supplied. We will provide the agreed purchase information and applicable terms in a form you can retain. Access and delivery PECB course access will be provided within 24 hours after payment confirmation. Starting digital access during the statutory cancellation period requires the express consent and acknowledgement described below. If you choose a later start, we will agree that arrangement with you before payment. Before accepting payment, we must tell you the delivery arrangements, access start and relevant validity periods for your chosen bundle. PECB access is arranged separately from Labs access; neither is evidence that an examination has been passed or a credential awarded. Labs access is activated only after payment confirmation, for the matching examination preparation selected at checkout and the purchased period. It is original, independent practice material, not an official PECB course, examination or exam voucher. Aegentra’s PECB training-partner relationship does not mean that PECB endorses Labs. You need access to the email account supplied, an internet connection and compatible equipment. Check the course page and PECB’s current technical and examination requirements before buying, including any requirements for online proctoring. Contact us before purchase if you need an adjustment or are unsure whether the delivery format is suitable. If access is missing, materially delayed or not as described, contact academy@aegentra.co.uk with your order reference. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by your agreement and applicable law. The cancellation policy below does not excuse failure to supply the agreed purchase. Course cancellation and refunds PECB courses: we do not offer additional voluntary refunds for cancellation or change of mind. This policy does not remove any statutory cancellation right or remedy you are entitled to, including where content or services are faulty, not supplied or not as described. UK consumers normally have 14 days from the day after the contract is made to cancel an online digital-content or service purchase, unless a lawful exception applies. You can cancel by sending a clear statement to academy@aegentra.co.uk; the optional cancellation wording below can be used but is not compulsory. For digital content, the applicable cancellation right can end when supply starts during that period only after you have expressly consented to early supply, acknowledged that you will lose that right when supply starts, and received the required confirmation. Payment or acceptance of general terms alone is not that consent. This does not waive remedies for faulty or misdescribed content. An examination or other service must not automatically be treated as a download. If you expressly request that a service starts during the cancellation period, the relevant service rules apply. A proportionate amount may be payable for properly requested work already supplied, where the required information was given. The service cancellation right is lost on full performance only where the required request and acknowledgement were obtained. Where a statutory cancellation or other refund is due, we will return the amount required by law using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed, without a refund administration fee and within the applicable legal time limit. No term here imposes a blanket forfeiture of payment. Aegentra Labs: 10-day, 100% money-back guarantee If you are not satisfied with Aegentra Labs, contact us within 10 calendar days of purchase for a refund of 100% of the amount you actually paid for the Labs add-on, including any tax charged on that add-on. You can use this guarantee even if you have already accessed or used the practice material. Email academy@aegentra.co.uk or contact@aegentra.co.uk with your purchase email and order reference, if available. No explanation of dissatisfaction is required. Do not send a card number, password or other sensitive account information. The refund goes back to the original payment method. If a discount was applied, the refund is the actual amount paid for Labs after that discount, not the undiscounted list price. Refunded Labs access ends; any separately paid course place or other unrelated access is not cancelled by a Labs-only refund. This guarantee covers Labs only. It does not extend the same voluntary money-back offer to the PECB course or a separately contracted consultancy engagement. It is additional to, and does not shorten, any statutory cancellation rights or other consumer remedies. Statutory rights can continue after the 10-day guarantee has ended. Consultancy: a separate contract agreed beforehand Before any consultancy, implementation, internal audit, security or support work begins, we will provide a separate written contract or statement of work for agreement. It will set out the scope, deliverables, exclusions, responsibilities, fees, applicable taxes, payment terms, timetable and the relevant cancellation, confidentiality and data-handling terms. There are no hidden fees for the agreed scope. Any additional work, cost or material change must be agreed in writing before that additional work begins. Delivery and acceptance are assessed against the written agreement, not an assumed outcome from a general website description. A separately quoted course-and-consultancy package is not included in an ordinary Self-Study or eLearning purchase. Any Labs access or practical one-to-one session included in that package must be identified in its written quotation. Implementation, internal audit and certification are distinct activities. Impartiality and personnel arrangements are agreed for the engagement. An independent certification body makes organisational certification decisions; our consultancy contract does not guarantee certification or a particular audit outcome. Your statutory rights Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Digital content must meet applicable requirements for quality, fitness for purpose and description, and services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. If something is wrong, the available remedy depends on the purchase and circumstances. It may include repair or replacement of digital content, repeat performance of a service, a price reduction or a refund where required by law. A commercial no-change-of-mind policy does not remove these remedies. We do not exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require a UK consumer to give up mandatory local protections or bring every claim only in an Australian court. Using the website and materials You may read and link to public pages and use materials as permitted by law or the licence supplied with your purchase. Aegentra and its licensors retain their respective intellectual-property rights. Partner logos do not mean that every Aegentra service or Labs product is endorsed by that partner. Do not impersonate another person, share material you have no right to disclose, interfere with the website, redistribute paid course or Labs content, or attempt unauthorised access. Offering security-testing services is not permission to test this website or third-party systems. Public guides and examples are general information, not a tailored audit opinion, certification decision or contractual deliverable. External links lead to separate providers with their own terms. This does not reduce Aegentra’s responsibility for its own descriptions, promises or agreed services. Cancellations, complaints and changes Contact academy@aegentra.co.uk about course access, cancellations or Labs refunds, or contact@aegentra.co.uk about other matters. Give enough information to identify the purchase and explain the help requested. We will consider the agreed terms and applicable consumer rights, not reject a statutory claim solely because a course was described as non-refundable. You do not have to use a special form to exercise a cancellation right. An unambiguous email sent before the deadline is sufficient. Keep a copy of your request. Using our complaints process does not prevent you from exercising statutory rights or seeking independent advice. Future updates to these terms apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively remove rights or rewrite an existing purchase. Retain the version and order details supplied with your confirmation.
